LiveResQ, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates EventTrack, a cloud-based event medical staffing management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Information you provide:

• Organization information: company name, address, billing details
• Operational data: event details, shift schedules, time entries, invoices
• Employee data: names, contact information, qualifications, certifications

• Device and browser information
• IP address and approximate location (for TimeClock GPS verification only)
• Usage data and interaction patterns

Information we do NOT collect:

• Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Patient data or medical records
• Social Security numbers
• Credit card numbers (handled exclusively by Stripe)

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process transactions and send billing-related communications
• Send operational notifications (shift assignments, reminders, updates)
• Respond to support requests and communications
• Improve and optimize the Service

• Base44 — Platform infrastructure, authentication, and database hosting

• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Twilio — SMS notifications (if enabled by your organization)
• Google Maps — Venue mapping and hospital route generation. Google Privacy Policy

We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.

• All data transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Role-based access control with tenant data isolation
• Secure authentication through Base44's auth system
• Payment data handled exclusively by PCI-compliant Stripe infrastructure
• Regular security practices and monitoring

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, data is retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request a data export at any time by contacting support.

You have the right to:
